Our agricultural management team precisely identifies the right time to shake the
trees. Speed to processing is also critical, especially for pistachios, where even
a delay of a few hours can threaten the delicate quality of the product. That’s
why we’ve invested millions of dollars to ensure that our pistachios will
always arrive at one of our hulling facilities within two hours from when they are
shaken from the tree.

"Mating disruption" is the innovative process developed with the help of our sister
