Our highly capable engineering department seeks out new equipment solutions or designs
what we need in-house. We hold a number of patents for our processing solutions,
have incorporated both lasers and robotics into our operations, and were the first
almond processor to offer steam pasteurization. And to maximize our effectiveness,
our Six Sigma® team uses statistical analysis to drive improvements in quality
and efficiency.
