Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) including:
- Stringent storage and handling controls to prevent cross-contamination of allergens
- Strict standards for personal hygiene, including mandatory uniforms that contain
anti-bacterial chemical compounds
- Documented sanitation procedures
- Comprehensive internal audit programs conducted bi-weekly
Our method for testing aflatoxin, using HPLC equipment, is the most sophisticated
available. Our lot control program allows us to track individual lots from source
to end delivery, and periodic mock recalls are conducted to test lot tracing controls.
These measures all help ensure that our customers receive the safest nuts available.
